Fast, free delivery on many units

We include delivery costs in our prices because it is the only realistic way to cost a new purchase of office furniture. Our teams will deliver - usually within 2-3 weeks of order - on a pre-arranged day to your premises and, where needed for a particular, item will assemble and position the furniture units as needed. For office seating, some but not all products require assembly and here we leave the choice to you, but we are pleased to install seating for a modest extra cost if required. There are some exceptions to our free delivery policy, notably the Scottish islands, Guernsey, Jersey and the Isle of Man.

Space planning

We can offer solutions to all your office accommodation needs, whether it be space planning, interior design, or optimising your office space. Using the latest technology we plan your office to make it work for you.

Our specialists can advise exactly how many people can be accommodated within your site and identify areas that are under-utilised. We produce reports showing what size areas are occupied by each team, and produce proposals to reduce overhead costs - you could save your organisation thousands of pounds in unnecessary office rentals.

We specialise in making the most of your existing arrangements and are able to work with and re-use your existing furniture, (helping to minimise your office carbon footprint), as well as being able to source for you any new furniture as required. We are able to take a project from design through to completion, and are fully independent hence able to take an impartial view as to what purchasing sources are best.

Storage audits

A storage audit will demonstrate what storage resources you have and will suggest areas for improvement from the standpoint of efficiency, security and cost effectiveness. Its a sort of 'health-check' on office space utilisation efficiency

Our specialist will help you to get more out of your existing storage (cupboards, filing cabinets, warehouse shelving etc) and advise on how you can grow - or shrink - your storage in the most space and cost effective way. We work with leading storage manufacturers and have in depth understanding of all the options available. As a result we can offer unbiased advice on the best solutions for your environment. 

Project management

Relocating to new offices, or expanding into a new building always carries the risk of disruption to your core business. Assigning an internal member of staff to manage the move may be the cheapest but is not always the most cost-effective way to manage it.
